Another high-scoring round, with three winners reaching double-figures in runs, with the other two victors collecting nine and seven. One of the losers scored eight times. Arizona State dropped out of a first-place tie after being upset by Oregon State. UCLA, USC and the Sun Devils are the only teams with winning records after we’ve made it through the pitching rotations twice.

California 7, Cal State Fullerton 2: A four-run third inning that featured a two-run single by Kevin Maas and a two-run double by Darren Lewis put the Golden Bears up 6-2. Conor Jackson had a solo homer among his three hits.
