May 13: The A’s hitting woes continued on into the second game. Walt Weiss doubled and scored on Luis Polonia’s third hit of the game in the fifth inning, but that was it. Milwaukee scored twice in the first on B.J. Surhoff’s two-run single and added two more in the seven on Robin Yount’s two-RBI double.
