All-Time Tennis: Berlin

Rafael Nadal followed up his French Open victory with a victory in the first grass tournament of the season in Berlin. It’s his fourth win in his last five tournaments, tying Jimmy Connors for the most so far. Connors was an early exit, allowing Nadal to move to #1 in the rankings. On the women’s side, Billie Jean King became a first-time winner by upsetting Steffi Graf in the final.
