Clay Feagler had the best round of the day, while RJ Manke maintained the overall lead in the Waves’ History Maker Golf simulation at Sherwood Country Club.
Feagler fired an 8-under 64, edging out Derek Hitchner and Sahith Theegala by one shot for the day’s top score. Manke followed up his 11-under 61 with a 5-under 67. He’ll go into the final round with a four-shot lead over Feagler.

- Feagler was 1-under at the turn, then birdied seven of the final nine holes, including five in a row from 10 to 14. He had 10 birdies in all.
- Several golfers saw notable second-round improvements, including Theegala (11 shots better), Putnam (nine better) and Hitchner (eight better).
- A couple of golfers went the other way. Vrzich fell from second to seventh after scoring seven shots worse, while Cootes dropped eight spots on the leaderboard after finishing with six more strokes.
- Mouw was the only golfer to finish the round without a bogey. He had two early birdies and then had par on the final 13 holes.
- Hitchner was the only player with an eagle on the day, his second of the tournament.
