The Sacramento Kings are on a roll, as they won in a rout and never trailed for the third straight game. This time, the result was a 138-103 home victory over the Chicago Bulls.
The Kings, 13-9 in both the replay and real life at this point, need to keep the momentum going in their upcoming six-game road trip. They ended up winning three of the six in reality.
De’Aaron Fox led the Kings again with 29 points and nine assists. Harrison Barnes scored 21 and Domantas Sabonis had a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds. The Kings shot a season-high 62.8% from the field and made 16 three-pointers on 55.2% shooting. Sacramento’s bench outscored Chicago’s 38-12.

Kevin Huerter and Barnes hit three-pointers to give the Kings a 6-0 lead and they never looked back. Fox had five points in a 7-0 run to give Sacramento its first double-digit lead at 25-13. It was 30-19 after the first quarter.
Keegan Murray hit back-to-back three-pointers in an 8-0 second-quarter run to put the Kings ahead 44-26. Another 8-0 run pushed it to a 24-point lead at 55-31. The Kings’ biggest first-half lead was 27 points at 64-37. It was 66-44 at halftime.
Chicago got no closer than 16 points in the second half, and that came midway through the third quarter. It was 100-75 at the end of three quarters. The final 35-point margin matched the Kings’ largest of the game.
