Golf became the seventh different sport to make my table, and I may have discovered my most favorite game yet in History Maker Golf from PLAAY Games.
In addition to being a great game by itself, I could make it my own by creating my own golfer cards. So of course I went and made cards for 16 of the best golfers from my Pepperdine era. And there were plenty of good courses to choose from, either local venues or ones that the Waves have played at in various tournaments.
There were 10 tournaments and 30 rounds for the regular-season part of this campaign. Joe Highsmith won the season-long scoring average title and was victorious at three of the 10 events. The project concluded with the match-play Tour Championship, which was won by Joshua McCarthy.
This cards-and-dice project began in June 2024 and ended in September 2025.
