The Sacramento Kings snapped a two-game home losing streak with one of their best offensive performances of the season and a 142-123 rout of the visiting Memphis Grizzlies.
The Kings (28-18) broke the 140-point barrier for the fifth time this season and shot 59.4% from the field, their fifth-best mark of the season.
De’Aaron Fox scored a game-high 36 points and had eight assists, while Domantas Sabonis had 26 points and 17 rebounds. Dillon Brooks led the Grizzlies with 20 points.

Despite taking a quick six-point lead, the early portion of the game wasn’t kind to the Kings. Memphis ended the first quarter on a 13-2 run to go ahead 36-30. They took their biggest lead of nine points at 41-32 early in the second quarter. The Kings quickly tied it at 43, however. Sacramento wrapped up a 43-point second quarter on an 11-2 run to go into halftime with a 73-60 lead.
The Grizzlies closed within six points at 85-79 midway through the third quarter, but the Kings responded with a 13-0 run to take command with a 98-79 advantage. It was 114-98 at the end of the period.
The Grizzlies got no closer than 12 in the fourth quarter, while the Kings’ largest lead of the game was 24 points on two occasions.
