June 27 (4-3 loss): After loading the bases with three straight singles in the second inning, the Giants’ Brett Wisely and Rafael Devers both walked in runs to make it 2-0. Chicago tied it at two after five innings. Wilmer Flores hit his 11th home run of the season, a solo shot, to put the Giants back in front 3-2 in the seventh inning. But in the bottom of the eighth, Chicago’s Miguel Vargas and Kyle Teel led off the inning with back-to-back doubles to tie it, and Josh Rojas had a two-out RBI single to put the White Sox ahead for good.
